Housing Programs
The Road Home operates several supportive housing programs, which integrate case management services with housing. We practice a "Housing First" philosophy, realizing that lack of housing is the most critical problem facing the homeless, and their other serious problems cannot be properly addressed until they obtain housing.
Helping each of our clients find housing is our primary goal. Many clients require ongoing case management to link them to community resources, helping them overcome many of the issues that initially led to their homelessness.
