Homelessness is not just a problem during the holidays and we can use many essential items throughout the year, please see our General Needs List for our most current needs. We greatly appreciate your donations. To ensure that all in-kind donations have the greatest impact, we may share donations received with our many partner agencies including 4th Street Clinic, Catholic Community Services, Deseret Industries, Diaper Bank in Midvale, Indian Walk-In Center, Midvale Food Bank, The Inn-Between, Utah Food Bank, Valley Mental Health, Volunteers of America, Utah, and more, to benefit people in need.
Palmer Court is a permanent supportive housing development in Salt Lake City. See the attached list to help a formerly chronically homeless family or individual get settled into their new home with items from the Palmer Court Donation List.
We appreciate your support! Unfortunately, The Road Home cannot accept donations of large furniture items, used mattresses, or large appliances. We also cannot accept any items that are broken, missing pieces or in poor condition. Federal & Health regulations prevent The Road Home from accepting the following: batteries, drugs, mattresses, refrigerators, freezers, television sets with broken or damaged components, washers, or dryers. We also cannot accept cleaners, chemicals, tires or weapons.
