Leave Your Legacy

You can create social change and impact for years to come when you leave a gift in your will to The Road Home. Your support will leave a legacy and provide the refuge, resources, and relief for families and individuals experiencing homelessness.

What is a Charitable Bequest?

This is an opportunity to leave a gift to The Road Home in your will, either by a sum amount or percentage.

Why a Charitable Bequest?

The Road Home exists because of donors like you who share the mission of helping people step out of homelessness through dignity, compassion, and respect. Your support allows programs such as emergency shelter, supportive services, and housing assistance to be provided to thousands of individuals each year. We want to partner with you in eliminating homelessness.

How do I make a Charitable Bequest?

Including The Road Home in your will is simple and we are here to answer any questions! Use the sample language below when speaking with your attorney:

"I, [name], of [city, state, ZIP], give, devise and bequeath to The Road Home, a 501(c)(3) private non-profit social services agency (Tax ID #87-0212465), [written amount or percentage of the estate or description of property] for its unrestricted use and purpose [or the specific designation].”
