The Road Home provides a variety of services to help people overcome homelessness.
Shelter is often the first step on the road home.
Our Housing Focused Case Management Team offers assistance to low-income and homeless individuals on a walk-in basis with obtaining documents, training, and supplies needed to transition back into the workforce, remain employed, qualify for housing, and continue to function in the community.
The Road Home helps families and individuals transition out of shelter and back into housing.
